Jeffrey is frequent and often-quoted lecturer and author on the topics of estate planning and tax preservation.  In his practice he specializes in the areas of estate planning, estate tax planning, elderlaw, living trusts and other advanced estate planning techniques.
 
Jeffrey is a founding member of the National Network of Estate Planning Trust Attorneys. Jeffrey is also an active community leader serving as Board Member and Officer of many organizations

Mark A. Baehre

Prior to co-founding Katz and Baehre, Mark worked in the New York office of Ernst Whitney in the family planning office where he specialized in financial and estate planning for affluent individuals and professional athletes.

Mark has also served as Legal Counsel and Manager of Financial Planning for Cigna Corportion in the Financial Services Division.  With Katz and Baehre, Mark has designed, implemented and documented over 3000 estates.
